Sunshine laws

Hsieh Kuo-liang (謝國樑) has written his own Sunshine bill which includes a clause that prohibits legislators from having other jobs (as a way of preventing conflict of interests). To set an example, he quit the other job he was holding.

I like it! Let's see if this amendment makes it into final legislation.
